Founder/President:

Betty Odak - graduated from Biola University with a BA in Psychology and Minors in Sociology and Bible – 1999. She graduated from Hope International University, Fullerton, CA with MA – Psychology, Emphasis Marriage and Family Therapist – 2003. She is registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an IMF #60963. She is enrolled in a PhD; program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Los Angeles, CA. Betty has recently been Licensed by the State of California as a Foster Parent for teenagers – License # 360015494. She lives in Redlands, CA.

Vice President:

Dr. John A. Ingram – graduated from University of South Carolina. He is a Licensed Psychologist.  He is a former Professor of Psychology, Rosemead School of Psychology and Biola University, La Mirada, CA. His expertise is in Integration of Psychology and Theology.  He is currently working for Vertical Learning curve (online Master’s in Business Administration – certificate and degree programs). Dr. Ingram currently lives in Acworth, GA.

Secretary
Sarah Philips – graduated from Chapman University College, Ontario, CA. with a MA in Psychology, Emphasis Marriage and Family Therapy. Sarah holds Certificate in Local Economic Development, Development Study Center from Rehovot, Israel. Previously she worked as a Social Worker with Guardians of Love Foster Family Agency, San Bernardino, CA.  She also worked at Rosemary Children’s Services, Pasadena, CA and Boys Republic, Chino Hills, CA. Currently; she works as a Social Service Practitioner/Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with Department of Social Services/Child Protective Services County of San Bernardino, San Bernardino, CA.

Treasurer
Rorie Matsumura – graduated from Biola University, La Mirada, CA, with a Bachelor of Science degree/ Accounting. Rorie has more than 10 years of accounting and finance experiences. She worked for a large private pet publishing company- her responsibilities included financial analysis, general ledger reconciliation, and accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing functions.  She also worked as an accountant for one of the world’s largest Swiss financial insurance services organization.  Currently, she is a senior accountant at one of the Fortune 500 companies specializing in the surety and title insurance industry based in Santa Ana, CA.

Directors:

Dr. John Mace, Sr., graduated with an MD 46 years ago. He practices Pediatric Endocrinology and Pediatrics in Loma Linda, California. Dr. Mace was Chief Pediatric Endocrinology from 1989-2003. He has been in practice for the past 28 years and continues to do so at Loma Linda Children’s Hospital, Loma Linda, CA. Dr. Mace is also an Elder at Trinity Free Evangelical Church, Redlands, CA.

Mamatha Pinnamaneni graduated with Bachelors Degree in Commerce from S.V. University, Tirupati, India and Masters Degree in Social Work from Nargarjuna University-India. She got equalization to Masters in Social Work in USA from Globe Language Services, Inc, New York in 2001.  Mamatha worked at SNEHA-Non Governmental Organization in India. She also worked at Global Hospital as Organ Transplant Coordinator. Mamatha have worked with Guardians of Love, Los Angeles from April, 2005 to present. She held various positions including: Foster Care Social Worker, Lead Foster Care Social Worker, Supervising Social Worker, Executive Director-Adoption

Valerie Joanne Achieng – graduated from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Chemistry with Honors. She continues to work on improving herself.

CCAAFP is committed to providing unique programs and services that are designed to address the special and specific challenges faced by today’s abused and neglected children and young people. We will work closely with Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS and Probation Department) to provide alternatives and solutions that best fit each individual child’s needs. CCAAFP will focus on clinical, quality, spiritual and consistency with all the children’s need in our care.
